Get Out

Rewatched this again after seeing Nope and this is definitely Peele’s masterpiece. The way this movie tackles issues like the marginalization of black communities and the exploitation of black talent by white people in positions of power is truly masterful. Hard to think of another film that has been so carefully and methodically constructed in such an effective manner. Kaluuya is so fucking good in this and really elevates his role. I don’t have much to say about this movie that hasn’t already been said, but what a fucking film.
