Raw

I'm sure you'll find a solution, honey. i have heard a lot about this movie mostly because my cousins were talking about it at some point & i heard it was fucked up — this honestly was a random pick effedupmovies chose for me so i guess fate brought me to this movie. it didn’t disappoint at all. this was insane from start to beginning. it’s overwhelming, it gets under your skin, & you feel so stressed out. it is also everything i could’ve asked for in a cannibal movie. the gore was phenomenal, the very shot of justine gnawing at her own sister’s finger was gnarly. lapping up blood, chewing at flesh & bone. biting each other’s skin. i am at a lost of words. the cliffhanger at the end is just the cherry on top of this perfect coming of age movie. i just found out that garance marillier was also in Titane, coincidentally also played a character named justine. tbh i highly implore everyone to watch both films as a double feature. EDIT: just now realized Raw & Titane share the same director i am stupid & tired T_T
