Mickey 17

mickey barnes nation we’ve been through hell and back but we made it and i’m so glad that this film finally released! this movie has some all timer line readings and amazing performances, robert pattinson and naomi ackie mvps. bong joon-ho is truly such a great director and this was such a good film and such a fun time. the film talks a bit on what it’s like to be human and how human mickey really is, i think that it leaves a lot to be desired but for now i’m comfortable with giving it 5 stars cause it’s so enjoyable and it was such a high surreality watching it (and i was so looking forward to this since last year when i read the book). would’ve loved to see more nasha and timo though cause their interactions with mickey in the book were some of my favorite parts. i have a huge bone to pick with warner bros for not promoting this film correctly cause how can you mess things up that bad. baffling stuff! long live mickey barnes!
