Look Back
In just a little over 56 minutes this absolutely tore me up. From the jealously we are shown that drawing is not all smooth and beautiful as we thought it would be, it takes so much hard work and dedication to make art look so beautiful. It's the connections we make and our relationships that influence our art so much. It's the art that the customer viewer or reader is witnessing but what they don't see is truly the insane amount of work that goes into it. Aside from the art, this film is just so pretty to look at with each scene packed with so much to look at. We can see just how much they love each other not just by their facial expressions or the characters themselves but also how the background of the scenes relay the feelings of the characters, the blend of color and landscape gives us so much. You can't describe what this film brings because as the characters don't do very well at communicating, this film cannot be described using words. You just need watch it, which is honestly insane, since it is just 56 minutes, but that is what makes this just more beautiful. In just the short amount of runtime this film takes us on such an adventure of hard work and friendship. I will NEVER be looking at ANY orange drink the same anymore (I drank some Fanta for my two favorite artists <3).
