Sinners

I love the original take on what vampires symbolize, and the historical layers make this movie so thought provoking - it’s been 24 hours since watching it and I cannot stop thinking about it. The care that went into telling this story and being accurate to its time period and location is brilliant. The performances of the main cast are incredible all around, and the score is brilliant.   A time when Hollywood seems run dry for original ideas, Sinners is just what we needed. And of course THAT scene is worth any admission price to see this on the big screen.
