Problemista

one of the most impressive and ambitious directorial debuts i've seen. problemista tells an exhausting - but beautiful story of immigration, acclimation, and what a Herculean feat it is to face the reality of a system built for those not born into it to fail. with subtext to hope throughout, the importance of play, and the potential pay outs of risks - this film wasendearing, hilarious and at times a little grating, with a standout performance from tilda swinton.reminding the viewer that everything you want is actually gained only through all of the problems we face (or become).
