on a more serious note, i truly believe this is some of fassie’s best work (a personal favourite at the very least). his face is hidden for 80% of the film and we are still able to feel the character’s depth and genuineness. furthermore, when we do finally have his face, the performance is only rawer and more touching. i’ll always rant on this, michael fassbender is such a brilliant actor and im incredibly miffed he doesn’t have more recognition
