Hawkeye
I'm sure it wasn't just me whose least favorite Avenger was Hawkeye. Nothing against the guy but he is by far the least developed character out of all of the main six. We got some of Clint's backstory in Avengers: Age of Ultron but it wasn't much more than "this guy has a secret family".
Overall this show doesn't delve that much deeper in to Hawkeye's past but it does give him some greatly needed character traits. He is, after all, just a dude with a bow and arrow fighting aliens, robots and dealing with world ending events and during this show we see the effect that has caused. Clint's damaged hearing, trouble he has with letting someone help in fear of repeating the same thing that happened to Natasha. Jeremy Renner does a great job portraying the humanity of a superhero who is the most human out of all of them.
You can't talk about this show and not mention Florence Pugh and her role as Yelena. The chemistry her and Hailee Steinfeld had was just adorable. The casualness Yelena has when talking about straight up murder is oddly fun. She's a trained assassin but you gotta the find the fun in every job, right?
This show is about closure. Hawkeye letting go of his past and forgiving himself about the years he spent as Ronin. Yelena coming to terms with the death of her sister. Kate Bishop finding the superhero within herself and having the strength to do the right thing, even when you have to go against your mother. It doesn't do much to move the overarching story of MCU forward. We get introduced to Kate, who might be a part of Young Avengers, and Kingpin makes his return, who is set to make appearances in Echo and Daredevil, but this is a "street level" MCU product, we don't need to see someone save the world for umpteenth time to enjoy a Marvel production. I enjoyed this show and it made me like Hawkeye a bit more and Yelena a lot more.
Also there is a dog so extra points just for that.
