Seen at AMC Lincoln Square in IMAX 70mm. my friends and i booked tickets a month in advance in order to get the perfect center seats for optimal experience and it was unquestionably worth waiting 2 weeks past the initial release (and getting home way past my bedtime.) … struggling to form complete sentences about the experience … my brain looks that moment in trailers when they throw up splashy one liners from critic reviews.. “jaw dropping”                                                                      “masterpiece”                                       “spectacular”     “earth altering”  “best movie of the year”  what i can articulate—as soon as the first image graced the screen, my mouth was agape for the 3 minutes that followed, and i’ve never left the theater feeling so moved. won’t be able to stop thinking about this one for a while.
