I’m talking pound for pound the MOST fun I’m having scene to scene across all of cinema—he is UNTOUCHABLE in that regard. Endless bits of cachinnating comedic absurdism. Sharpest dialogue in the game. Gloriously unhinged violence. Infusing iconic music with grandiose score in service of the perfect alchemy of rapturous viewing delight. Tarantino is a masterful architect of joyously fucked up cinematic enchantment and the medium will shine a little dimmer when he eventually hangs it up. (btw Uncle Sam, Leo and Waltz are riffing here on a combined level to nearly incapacitate me from head dizzying knee slaps) (dw I’m mixed race, got the pass 😉)
