Been putting off this rewatch forever. I only ever saw it on release in the cinema and it has remained one of the most formative and instrumental cinematic experiences that sparked my love for the medium. I was scared to tarnish that memory by looking at it through a more seasoned lens. How silly of me. In fact it’s EVEN better now that I have a more comprehensive understanding of everything happening. Well and truly one of the greatest pieces of science fiction this century… and probably ever! Astronomical levels of mastery. Nolan is HIM.
