Sinners

Can you feel that?…. Can you feel it? Heart racing, palms sweaty, mind immersed..hairs on end, breath slowed, goosebumps…an elated sensation of complete awe and euphoria. That’s what true CINEMA feels like. That glorious injection of 15-perf IMAX 70mm film into your eyeballs. The high I’m chasing my entire life.  A long overdue movement is taking place. A monumental paradigm shift for the medium and the way modern audiences engage with and understand cinematic offerings. For a moment there it felt like a hopeless battle..but Ryan Coogler is single handedly doing his part to drag us out of the mud and back into the light with pictures like SINNERS.  A colossal achievement that cements another crucial step towards equilibrium and eternal preservation of this little ol’ experience we love, whilst continuing to push the boundaries forward of its immense capabilities. Oh and if it wasn’t obvious already… yes, we are SO FUCKING BACK!!!!!!
