C'mon C'mon

Finally got a chance to see this and damn was it worth the wait. This is absolutely my type of movie. Open, honest, raw, emotional, subtle. It lingers when it needs to but doesn’t overdo it. All three of the main actors delivers great performances and Joaquin Phoenix once again shows us why he deserves his place among the greatest actors today. The score complements the film very well and overall the sound work is just stunning. If I would offer any critique it would be that the narrative is very US-centric (even if it does fit with the story) and that some of the interviews kinda brought me out of the immersion at times, but I’m honestly nitpicking at this point.
