Chernobyl
This thing was just insane. I put off watching the ending for quite some time but now that ive finally finished it I mean oh my god. The way that they pace the entire show along with the harrowing subplots was beautiful. Every scene was so well shot and every dialogue was well thought of. Also the FUCKING SOUNDTRACK, what was that, it elevated the show to such extreme heights making it more of a horror show rather than a historical drama. The way that they stuck super close to reality was also great, I think only like 5 percent of the show was truly exaggerated. Also I loved how the show started as this historical piece of media showing the powerplant and what was going on, but ended by exposing the Soviet Union and practices of the KGB the transition was flawless I mean they really portrayed it so well making sure that no stone was left unturned and we got to know everything that went wrong. The colour grading was also just amazing it really made it all that much more grim. SOLID 100. It was however also kind of sad seeing the animals die but I mean they stuck with the source material so it makes sense I guess but if you don't want to watch that then close your eyes (-_-)
