Ready or Not

💍 Rewatching my favorite horror movie before seeing the sequel next week>>>> 💍 I really hope the second one will be good, because this one is perfection. It follows the horror story format, but it adds such great comedy and the plot is driven by family issues, generational trauma and incredibly well written characters. 💍 Grace is my fav final girl!!! (and Daniel my fav almost final boy) Because she represents the inner power and killer instinct we don’t know we have until we need it. Her arc is so beautiful, losing her “grace” and her wedding dress getting more and more stained by blood because of how strong she is. She shows us that kindess is most definitely not weakness. 💍 That’s why i’m a bit scared for the sequel, cuz we already perfectly explored her character in this one and it had the best ending, but who knows, it may surprise me.
