Irreversible

there is no such thing as a film “like” Irreversible. all week i’ve been looking for a film “like” Blue Velvet, and whilst they’re never as good, they share similar themes. there is nothing like Irreversible. you can see on its letterboxd page that there’s no suggestions or even nanogenres. it’s impossible to think of something that is similar without it being the same. there is no one like Gaspar Noe and there is nothing more perfect than that final scene.
