Burning

i had to rewatch it because iykyk but this movie is perfect. actually, the scene with miles davis playing in the background IS perfect. it is one of the best things created by human kind. only that scene, the scream by munch, norwegian wood by murakami and the venus de milo have had this effect on me. but that scene is much greater than the rest. it is a movie about everything: class, money, people, places. but specially about life. about searching for something so big it cannot exist, but that existed for a day, and you experienced it. the day after the happiest day in your life. something so big it cannot be remembered. something that you remember but no one does. this is the great hunger they talk so much about, and god does it deliver
