“All that crap you hear on tv about communication and expressing feelings, is a lie. No one really cares what you have to say” Dude I will never shut up about this movie. this movie perfectly shows how hard it is to communicate, open up and tell people about trauma or anything really, that fact she was misunderstood by all her friends because of the party situation shows how quick people are to jump into conclusions. How her life was falling apart and how she expressed her feelings through art and drawing instead of telling people about her situation just shows how much she was struggling and trying to cope. The hospital scene omg “do you think they’ll let me rest for a few days” I really love this movie, I feel so connected to Melinda, and relate to her in some ways and I think that’s why I love this movie so much. The relationship she had with her art teacher was so cute, I wish I had a teacher that understood me like that. cried when he moved away. Also Heather is a bitch I 100% recommend this movie !!!
