Eighth Grade

I just spent 96 minutes in tears. Im just incredibly glad this film exists, it feels like the only coming of age film that has come out that is truly of its age, as much as i love lady bird this just feels so in the now and approaches it’s themes with so much sympathy and care. I really hope this gets remembered as a great cultural touch stone for our time, its excellent.
