Cure

I think I had the hardest time trying to describe this. Because it's really so innate, so much about the darkness of everyday people. You are gulping at every movement in those long shots, you are afraid of your own self by the end of it. The spaces, the sound, each movement of people, places everything insanely well done. There is no serial killer, but the fact how easy it is for people to just kill is what struck me the most. This was my first Kiyoshi Kurosawa and it was out of this world.
