The tragedy is that one’s genius is only recognised by a madman who wants to see you lose everything. This movie was, from start to finish, perfect. To see Amadeus go utterly mad under his own genius, fueled by a man with Salieri’s syndrome is terrifying and beautifully ironic. Seeing his body break at the same time is the most heartbreaking thing about the movie. A man driven by his desire for brilliance breaking under his own genius and the delusions of a friend. 10/10

What a movie. Had me on the edge of my seat for the entire runtime. The original French version gives this movie something mystical adding to the mystery of the story. I can highly recommend giving this one a deliberate watch!

The Mandalorian and Grogu feels less like a cohesive film and more like a stitched together set of episodes. The story comes across as somewhat chaotic, as if I were watching four chapters of a series rather than a fully unified cinematic experience. That said, the fan service definitely lands. Seeing Embo on the big screen genuinely hit my inner Star Wars nerd in the best way, and moments like that carry a lot of the film’s charm. Overall, it’s an enjoyable ride that explores a new corner of the Star Wars universe, but beyond the familiar “dad and son” dynamic and its reliance on fan service, it didn’t fully pull me in.

Didn’t know what the fuck was going on. 10/10
