This movie is a masterpiece to start off. Everything about it is just perfect. It is mind blowing to me how they made this movie in 2018. It has the exact feel a 90s movie would have.
This movie has a unique feel to it that no other film I've ever seen has had. It it brings you through a rollercoaster of emotions and the ending. Oh, the ending. The ending is perfect. a masterpiece.
A great directorial debut from Jonah Hill and I would love to see him write and direct more in the future, he definitely has the potential to be a great director.
Sunny Suljic's performance in this is amazing, the fact that he has the ability to play each emotion perfectly is astonishing.
Lucas Hedge's performance was great aswell, he was perfect for his role.
Na-Kel Smith, Olan Prenatt, Gio Galicia and Ryder McLaughlin were great and were the perfect fit for the roles. It felt like they were really their character's and weren't just acting.
The editing in this movie is amazing and creates the shocking nostalgia feel which makes it so much better than if it was normal.
Definitely a 10/10 and possibly one of my most favourite films from the last decade.
