The absolute gall Bob Fosse had for making this movie and then staying alive for another 8 years! Is there a better ending to any film than this hard cut to Joe Gideon in a body bag and Ethel Merman singing There’s No Business Like Show Business starting up? Just an absolute miracle from start to finish, jeez!
