Dune
I just watched Dune again, this time in IMAX... And I honestly think it was even better this time. Not only because of IMAX and it's beautiful Visuals, but I understood it much better because of the things I had missed the first time watching it. I appreciate the story much more than I did the first time, though there was a lack of emotions or anything thought-provoking.
Something I really need to talk about which I forgot in my first review was the world building. I love the way Denis Villeneuve and company has build and made this beautiful world. It felt so unique and different from anything I have ever seen.
In a perfect world this movie would win in most of the technical Oscar categories.
I know that a lot of people isn't going to like this as much as I have but I have a feeling that Part Two is definetily going to pay off and bring everything together. I believe that the story will be more likeable for the wider audience in Part Two. This was just the beginning.
