what da helly was that - they really went all out but forgot to make sense, by the end of it i was watching a gimmicky skit, why was he fucking rachel next to his dead daughters grave   i mean it was compelling at some points and had a lot of potential but i think the execution was so weak: they revealed key things too hastily and very directly, no question (especially jacks involvement could have been revealed so much more interestingly), and also revealed too many things that they didn’t really care to connect or elaborate on (catherine’s entire life story and the blackmail??) - also the title and narrative makes no sense to me also, tessa thompsons face was really doing the bhumi pednekar (iykyk) and it distracted me
