Avengers: Infinity War
"Mr.Stark, i don't feel so good."
Just kill me with a chainsaw at this point, it would be easier. I cannot express how i sobbed at the end. I didn't cry for most of the movie, i just teared up at Gamora's death because i love every Guardians of the Galaxy character, but otherwise i was fine until the last ten minutes.
Plot wise, i found it incredible. A very good spider-man villain once said "what the people truly want is to see a hero fall, fail, die trying". And he was right on so many levels. I found it really refreshing to see them fail even with super strong Thor and Strange and everyone who, in their own movies, were quite overpowered (which is what i really liked about Tom Holland's spider-man, he often failed or messed up everywhere, but that's for the day o decide to actually review it well). I really liked when Strange told Tony that they had one chance to win in a 14 million and 65 different scenarios. That really hit hard honestly, and i'm glad that they didn't go to 'Oh my god we somehow did not mess up and did it right the first time even with that very low chance !'. I would've been disappointed if that happened.
I do have to warn i have seen all Tom Holland's spider-man and Guardians of the Galaxy so i know quite enough about who died and who didn't in both movies.
For the deaths caused by the blip i knew about Vision, Sam, and Peter Parker. I did not expect to only have Rocket and Nebula survive between all the Guardians of the Galaxy, which- i'm sad because i LOVE Star Lord so much, but also Rocket is my favorite and i'm glad i didn't see him die, i would've sobbed hysterically (already did with Spidey).
I am NOT in a rush to see Tony die. I know they go back in time and all- i think thanks to Ant-Man ? Not sure, will see, will cry.
