Beautiful Boy

It was a really hard watch. Really hard. I started this movie in 2021 and barely got through half. Did this multiple times. Tonight i watched all of it. I saw people around me be addicts, even if they weren't close friends or family. And i only got a small understanding of why. How. This movie was real, it felt real, and it's a really hard punch in the gut for me. I know it is inspired by a real story, of David and Nic Sheff. I do intend on reading the book Tweak by Nic Sheff one day. I don't think i'll ever be able to watch this movie ever again though.
