Hooooooooooly shit. HOOOOOOLY SHIT. I don’t wanna sound like every other review but this is just a pure love letter to musical theatre. I got so invested that the three hours FLEW by and I was left knowing defying gravity would be the end but I let out an audible “WHAT” when it ended, devastated I’d have to wait a year for some more. I was probably the most invested person in the entire theatre, (although it was a late screening so there was maybe fifteen-twenty people total in a pretty big theatre,) sitting on the edge of my seat the ENTIRE time and lip syncing every word. Can’t wait for sing alongs to pop up.
