Highlights November 24

November brought a few films as well. But I have to highlight Arcane, which wrapped up with its second season. If you have even the slightest appreciation for animation, this is a huge recommendation. I revisited Hook, one of my childhood favorites. And I have to give a shoutout to Music by John Williams, available on Disney+—a must-watch for any film music enthusiast! I also watched the “new” Planet of the Apes films, Trainspotting—what a wild ride—and a small, cozy coming-of-age film in the vein of Groundhog Day. Lady Snowblood 2 had been waiting on my watchlist for years—since around 2008. I finally got around to it, and while it didn’t quite reach the heights of the first film, it was still great to check it off the list.
