Blade Runner

Really wanted to like this one more than I did but ultimately it just felt like a beautiful set piece in the place of any actual story. I was really let down by Rachael’s character as I felt like there was a lot of meaningful potential there and have similar complaints about Deckards aswell. I was however a HUGE fan of Roy’s character and the progression of him through the film, I felt like he was a beautiful and complex portrayal that touched me more than I expected.
