Knives Out

Excellent. This was suggested to me by a friend who was shocked when I had said I had never watched it, saying "Dude this will be one of your top 5 movies of all time." It didn't quite reach that level for me but it still was REALLY good. The plot is tied well together, the characters are all super sound, and it's super entertaining. Combine that with a main lead with a quirk that should not work in a mystery and it's stellar. The acting is also superb in this with the standouts being Chris Evans and Ana de Armas, though all the roles did extremely well. I do have a few dislikes though, that being that the final perpetrator was a little too easy to guess, and the first act felt like it dragged a lot. Still amazing, would recommend. 8.5/10
