Breathe

i've wanted to watch respire, or breathe in english, for a while now since everyone is raving about this movie. this movie did not disappoint for me. i fucking loved it. this is probably one of my favorites from last year. just wow holy fucking shit. Charlie, an A student, befriends a fellow new student, Sarah, who is a free soul & wants the most out of life. soon, Charlie starts to feel uncomfortable around Sarah, because of her wild actions. Charlie soon finds out that Sarah is lying about some things that are happening in her life, for an example, her drunk mom that she doesn't tell anyone about. breathe was literally a breath of fresh air. it's that feeling you get when you drink a cold can of sprite. super refreshing. while i was watching this, i had come to conclusion that i was going to give this movie four stars. but, whenever i watched the NYE scene, i instantly changed my mind and gave it the five star rating. that scene was probably one my favorites out of the movie. the colors. the conversation between Sarah and Charlie. fun's we are young playing in the background. and everything after that just went out of control. breathe was the little diamond in the rough for 2014.
