Parasite

parasite is most definitely the most crisp, immaculate film i have ever seen. laced with many subtexts and hidden easter eggs, foreshadowing its flawless closure. My absolute favourite subtext from the film has got to be linked to nathan park’s line of “to never the cross the line” bong joon ho excellently sews a thread straight through the film with this theme. From the mise-en-scene of windows to the exceptional camera movement to even parts of the script. The climax is equally as exceptional, presenting itself in the exact midpoint of the film and script. A MAGNIFICENT representation of the modern class system and parasitic natures.
