Sharp Objects

HBO mini-series give me life. I can’t really watch TV shows and get hooked, but the fact that I can not want to look away from the screen for a solid 8 hours is outstanding to me (I did not marathon this lol). The series unfolds like any other mystery with it givin time to open up characters and allow subtle hints throughout just to end with a solid punch. The twist in this series is not what anyone would expect. I’m still shaking about it. You need to watch the post-credits scene to fully understand it. The only problem with this series I can grab is just that the quality and intensity of the episode after the halfway point are much better. If it’s didn’t change paces at that point, the series would of started running dry. It did not run dry though! Anyways, I love this. I still prefer “Big Little Lies” a good bit, but this is a must-watch series for sure. 9/10
