Psycho
This is one of those movies everyone would tell me that it is a masterpiece, but for whatever reason I'd put it off. After watching finally watching it ... Duh, it's a masterpiece. Highlights for me was the score and Anthony Perkins. Honestly, Anthony Perkins' performance carries the movie for me. The kill at the stairs is one of the best scares of horror cinema. One thing I barely hear when people bring up Psycho is the brilliant pacing. I was really surprised how nothing felt like a scene was taking too long or rushed.
If there's anything that really bugs me, is the psychiatrist explaining everything, like EVERYTHING wrong with Norman at the end.
