Superman

the movie is perfect. I think James Gunn did a wonderful job representing the original Superman story. Many directors wish to reinvent the narrative, but in truth, Superman is meant to be simple. When I watched the movie, I didn’t need much space for introductions and exposition, the simple lines at the beginning set the tone of the entire movie. It’s a movie about hope, among other things. Superman represents hope. The soundtrack makes you feel the same pride that others feel when they see someone greater than them helping someone like them.
