Persona
When I bought the tickets for this movie,
Guy at counter: Which movie are you seeing?
Me: Persona.
Guy: Oh [awkward pause] really?
Me: Yes.
Guy: Okay. Freaky ass movie.
He then gives us seat tickets for A6 and A7, sighing when he sees theyre the only ones available. I then watch this amalgamation of confusion while drinking an iced coffee.
Then we leave the movie, accidentally stumble onto a protest against a bill that equates antizionism for antisemitism, and get roped into a half hour conversation with the organisers about sociaism that ended with me buying a newspaper about how to hopefully rally against Pauline Hanson.
I then bought a book at Kinokuniya about sound design and ate roast tofu for lunch.
Today was a weird day. Good. But weird.
