What a beautiful film, the 3:2 aspect ratio was an incredibly unique choice that fits perfectly with the coloring and framing used all over the movie. The performances of Emma Stone and Jesse Plemons are so genuinely captivating; although not nearly as prominent, Aidan Delbis, Stavros Halkias and Alicia Silverstone are also pivotal to creating the tone of this movie through their acting which is again just phenomenal. Lanthimos really brings his stylistic work in Poor Things to a new level here while also affording more subtlety than the prior.
