Superman

Round 2 Coming from both a fan of comic books and movies, I am in love with this movie. People will have their flaws with this film and that’s perfectly fine, but all of those flaws are made up to me in the fact how clearly the comic book style of storytelling is adapted to film. Other characters such as Guy Gardner feel ripped out of their original comics, in a nuanced way many other adaptations would not care enough to work with. Mister Terrific clearly also stands as a highlight to much of the audience, which makes me glad to see one of the few scenes where James Gunn doesn’t limit himself to engage the general audience and brings in his more unique trademark of musicality and violence involves and greatly displays his character.
