Favourite lines were “That is how an RBMK reactor explodes. Lies” and “Someone needs to start telling the truth. To hell with the deal. To hell with our lives”  Loved the links between moral conviction, history, political influences, economic conflicts, and environmental concerns. The series of tragic events within the RBMK reactor itself is a great representation of the human nature, and its tendency to be poisonous when exposed to lies.  So many lives were lost and left unacknowledged due to a party’s deliberate action to hide the truth. This is where it went wrong.
