when I was home a month ago my mom and I were watching all movies we watched when I was a kid (Jurassic park, jumanji, father of the bride etc etc) and I suggested this movie and she looked at me point blank and said “do you know how many times you made me watch this when you were a kid” needless to say I knew I loved this movie but did not remember that lol but alsoooo realizing that the side profile boat picture of Elizabeth TOTALLY looks like pictures of my mom in the 80s/90s and I can totally credit part of my obsession being to that. anyways perfect movie etc etc
also in my mind I am still Annie and Hallie but I am actually so close to Meredith’s age what the FUCK no no no
