Obi-Wan Kenobi

it’s a fine story that’s trapped behind some rough pacing and editing. the 6 episode mini series is surprisingly limiting for Disney, and they either need to branch into making these feature length films or making more episodes. great character moments, beats, and arcs are here, but you really have to push yourself to watch the whole thing, especially if you’re not invested in Star Wars. All in all, Ewan is great. Moses Ingram does a good job with what she’s given, and a lot of the issues with her character fall under poorly executed editing. Really I’m convinced that so many issues people have with this show would be solved if the editing was better. I enjoyed some bits a lot, though I am cursed with nostalgic Star Wars brain, so my review really means nothing. But god, some of the editing is just atrocious.
