Climax

First time around was obviously just overstimulating, terrifying, and distressing as hell. So this time around was a lot more of appreciating the craft, and especially, the cast. I’d argue this is some of the best casting I’ve seen for a movie. So perfect and every character is immediately so well defined and in my opinion, real. The side story with Riley still really sticks out to me, just absolutely heart breaking and the shot with Daddy and him at the end is just perfect. The whole thing’s perfect. Me and sis were squealing and screaming through all the dance sequences. Two hours of that please. The fact that this is all just pretty much improv is so insane. Noé’s most accessible film, somehow. (Special Features on the blu-ray are phenomenal as well, thank god)
