It's my birthday dudes and dudettes Pros: -I like this movie's sense of humor -I really dug the directing -The production design is quite awesome sauce -There was a lot of effort put into the movie, and I can see that in almost everything -Margot Robbie as Stereotypical Barbie was great -Ryan Gosling as Ken was awesome sauce •It was Kenough -There is a certain whimsy-ness •Everyone just looks like their having so much fun -I thought the movie was pretty dang funny •I had a couple chuckles here and there, some nostril exhales •I really liked all the fourth wall breaks •I liked the "Margot Robbie was the wrong person to cast to make this point" line -One of the rare cases of unsubtle commentary that doesn't suck -I'm Just Ken by Ken -What Was I Made For? by Billie Eilish Cons: -This movie drags -Tarantino would love that scene of Margot Robbie's feet -Did not care for the mother and daughter characters Overall if I could describe Barbie as a meal/food: Just barely made it to the "Just on the cusp of Awesome Sauce" seal
