Dune: Part Two

First and foremost, I feel like IMAX was the best possible viewing choice for me. Also, I was not the biggest fan of the first one, thought it dragged on way too much for its runtime. But part two went by pacing wise much better than the first one. The only things I didn’t like were just minor nitpicks instead of actual criticisms. Mostly with Rebecca Ferguson’s character, I wanted to punch her in the face every time she was on screen. The visual effects were of course top notch, accompanied by some nice cinematography and action. Some scenes were really well done with all these actors giving it their all, especially in the two leads. Overall, much better than the first, hopefully it gets nominated for its effects. Overall, if I could describe this as a meal: A nice pizza from a locally owned restaurant, it’s really good, enough that I might consider going back to one day.
