Death Note

The most scary part about Death Note is that there's a very large majority of viewers that side with Light/Kira!! Found it kind of annoying at times tbh because I just wanted Light to get what's coming to him. So obviously I loved whenever L got the upper hand on him. But also was really pissed off when he died. Which I personally don't think made any sense, because Rem said she (or is it he?) would kill Light if he put Amane in any type of harm and didn't help free her. Which he technically broke by having it so L was hot on her tail to proving she was the 2nd Kira. I get that Rem killed L to protect her but honestly feel like Rem would have also taken Light as well. Near was nowhere near (no pun intended) as bad as people made him out to be, yeah he's definitely no L but he wasn't that bad. Although him always playing with toys was weird and did annoy me. Loved the finale though and how he outsmarted Light and made him go batshit insane because of it, I thought the last 2 episodes were as good as the one's when L was alive to be honest.
