La Bamba

I picked this movie because I knew the song La Bamba. I didn’t really know that this was about that song. Now I know it’s based on “The Day the Music Died”, a truly inspiring biopic on the story of Ritchie Vallens. It gives that inside look of the Chicano culture in California back in the 50s which I think more people should see.
