Hot Fuzz is my favorite in the trilogy. It's got such a tight script, the best set ups and call backs in the series that I still notice new jokes every rewatch (only just realised this rewatch, the farmer shouting for his mum who shows up with a gun in the final act) a great mystery plot that really had me guessing on my first time watching it. Who doesn't love the final guns blazing tone shift, it embraces it's wackiness so well.
