I gotta stop doing this to myself. The French really know how to turn up. I actually was able to gather a message relating to sisterhood and the sacrifices that accompany that bond; differing from some other films I’ve seen within the genre. Acting was really good and the score was minimal but truly essential. I felt sick to my stomach and uncomfortable for the majority of the film but that was the goal I presume. Adrian didn’t deserve that shit tho, poor dude. I really need a palate cleanser…I’ll prolly go back to Godzilla films for a bit.
