Hot Rod

This film embodies absurdity of Jorma, Andy and Akiva’s comedy. They are the spark that led to YouTube’s popularity and created some of the most bizarrely funny sketches ever. Is this film perfect? Definitely not. But there’s something so pure and special about it. With every watch this film grows on me more and more. Based off emotional significance alone, this film is an easy 5 stars. There’s so many hilarious moments in this film, but the one that stands out every time is the scene where rod is dancing like mad then proceeds to fall down a mountain for 1 minute and 40 seconds. “You don’t get it, do you Denise? I used to be legit. In fact, I was too legit. I was too legit to quit. But now I’m not legit. I’m un-legit. And for that reason I must quit.”https://youtu.be/wSRxrO7ya4Q?si=yZPaWesOxgvcyJdU
